Good Morning....How are you?...Do you Want to have hamstrings like Arnold? When you flex do you want Mr. T to pity da fool?
Do you want to have a rock hard ass that Richard Simmons could only dream of having.....in more ways than one? Would you like
to be able to run through walls for your loved one? Then you've come to the right place. This site was designed to set up
a schedule so everyone would know who will be at the gym during certain times. As to not show up to the gym and have the metaphorical
thumb in butt since no one else is available.
This site will have everyone's schedule, contact info, and possible workout routines and drills to go over. Also so we
can make sure someone has a key so the others who do show up to practice aren't able to. So maybe we could work something
out there.
You don't want to be a girly man now do ya? I will attempt to set up a way where you can just enter in your schedule as
opposed to me writing it all in for you. But until then feel free to email your schedules for the week of October 10-16th.
